02 / why floors fail
Most resin-floor failures trace back to specification, not the product. Test the substrate, match the system to the actual use, and the floor lasts.
A coating chosen on price rather than forklift traffic delaminates and wears to slab within months. We specify to the actual load.
Resin over a wet slab blisters and lifts. We test moisture and cohesion before anything goes down.
Skipping shot-blasting or diamond-grinding leaves a weak bond. Preparation is where the service life is decided.
Wet and washdown areas without a rated aggregate are a slip risk and a liability from day one.
03 / process
Substrate test (moisture, cohesion), traffic load assessment and downtime tolerance.
Pick the system. Confirm anti-slip rating if required. Confirm the cure schedule in writing.
RAMS written for the project including ventilation and traffic management.
Shot-blast or diamond-grind, prime, apply, cure, line-mark.
As-applied record, anti-slip rating and the cleaning regime.
04 / sectors
High-traffic epoxy and polyurethane systems for pick aisles and dispatch bays, with line-marking to the racking plan.
Chemical-resistant, impact-tolerant systems for production floors and plant rooms. Specified to what the floor actually takes.
Hygienic, cleanable, anti-slip systems specified to washdown frequency and the relevant audit standard.
Stockrooms, loading bays and service corridors. Hard-wearing finishes delivered around trading hours.

Recent work
Wall and floor coatings delivered together across a working warehouse. Preparation, resin application and line-marking phased by zone so the operation kept moving and each area was back in use before the next began.
Frequently asked
“RAMS in our hands 48 hours before mobilisation, supervisor on site every morning, and the snag list closed within a working week. That's the loop we expect from a tier-1 and rarely get from a decorator at this scale.”
