01 / service

When the slab is sound but the surface is failing, and you can't give up the floor for long.

  • The substrate is structurally sound but the finish is worn, cracked or delaminating.
  • Hygiene, chemical exposure or forklift traffic is driving the specification.
  • Downtime is a cost and the programme needs fixing up front, not on the day.
  • Line-marking, anti-slip or a cleanable finish is required to an audit standard.

02 / why floors fail

Why warehouse and factory floors fail early.

Most resin-floor failures trace back to specification, not the product. Test the substrate, match the system to the actual use, and the floor lasts.

01

Wrong system for the load

A coating chosen on price rather than forklift traffic delaminates and wears to slab within months. We specify to the actual load.

02

Moisture in the slab

Resin over a wet slab blisters and lifts. We test moisture and cohesion before anything goes down.

03

Poor preparation

Skipping shot-blasting or diamond-grinding leaves a weak bond. Preparation is where the service life is decided.

04

No anti-slip where needed

Wet and washdown areas without a rated aggregate are a slip risk and a liability from day one.

03 / process

A structured process, not guesswork.

  1. 01 · Survey

Substrate test (moisture, cohesion), traffic load assessment and downtime tolerance.

  2. 02 · Specification

Pick the system. Confirm anti-slip rating if required. Confirm the cure schedule in writing.

  3. 03 · RAMS

Project-specific RAMS including ventilation and traffic management.

  4. 04 · Delivery

    Shot-blast or diamond-grind, prime, apply, cure, line-mark.

  5. 05 · Handover

As-applied record, anti-slip rating and the cleaning regime.

04 / sectors

Resin floors where the environment makes them earn it.

Logistics & warehousing

High-traffic epoxy and polyurethane systems for pick aisles and dispatch bays, with line-marking to the racking plan.

Manufacturing

Chemical-resistant, impact-tolerant systems for production floors and plant rooms. Specified to what the floor actually takes.

Food & beverage

Hygienic, cleanable, anti-slip systems specified to washdown frequency and the relevant audit standard.

Retail & back-of-house

Stockrooms, loading bays and service corridors. Hard-wearing finishes delivered around trading hours.

Scope · included

  • Epoxy or polyurethane system selection to traffic load
  • Line-marking where required
  • Anti-slip aggregate option, rated to spec
  • Manufacturer-backed warranty where we're the approved applicator

Scope · not included

  • Slab repair beyond the surface
  • Vehicle access ramps
  • Structural floor works

Recent work

Warehouse wall & floor coating package

Wall and floor coatings delivered together across a working warehouse. Preparation, resin application and line-marking phased by zone so the operation kept moving and each area was back in use before the next began.

Frequently asked

Answers before the survey, not after the quote.

How long is the cure?
Walk-on is usually 12-24 hours; forklift-ready 5-7 days, depending on the system. Confirmed in writing per scheme.
Can you do anti-slip?
Yes. Aluminium oxide, glass bead or quartz aggregate broadcast into the topcoat, rated to the specification.
Will it survive forklifts?
Yes, with the right system. We specify to the actual traffic load at survey, not a standard product.
Can it be done over a weekend?
Some systems can, some can't. It depends on substrate, ventilation and cure. We agree it at survey, not on the day.
What's the warranty?
System-dependent. Most schemes ship with a manufacturer-backed warranty when we're the approved applicator.
