These are always on because the site cannot work properly without them. They do not need your consent.

Advertising and analytics cookies
We only set these after you choose Accept on the cookie banner. If you reject, or withdraw consent later, they are not set and any advertising click identifier we held is deleted. Until you accept, advertising and analytics stay off.
- astar-click-ids-v1 (first party, stored in your browser local storage). Stores the Google Ads click identifier from your landing web address (the gclid, wbraid or gbraid value) so we can measure which advert led to your enquiry. Retained up to 90 days. Category: advertising. Deleted immediately if you reject or withdraw consent. It holds advertising click identifiers only, no other personal data.
- Google tag cookies set by Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads after you accept. These typically include
_ga,_gcl_au,_gcl_awand_gac_*, used to measure site performance and advertising conversions.
Controlling cookies
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie settings control in the footer, which reopens the cookie banner. Withdrawing consent stops future collection and deletes the advertising click identifier. Essential cookies are required for the site to work and cannot be turned off here.
