01 / The brief

Give the office
its own identity.

The starting point was a neutral, open office. The brief was to introduce defined spaces and a more individual finish.

At Unit 20, Hazeley Enterprise Park, A Star Decorators brought together the internal decoration and specified fit-out elements for Arcadia Trust Group. The works combined a new insulated stud partition with decorated walls, acoustic panelling and artificial greenery features.

Arcadia supplied the paint, acoustic panels and greenery for the scheme. Our role was to prepare and finish the spaces, install the features and coordinate our work with the client’s separately appointed contractors.

02 / Before & after

Same office.
A different feel.

Fresh wall finishes and carefully placed greenery give the office a more considered appearance. Slatted panels and stronger colour bring definition to the adjoining work areas.

03 / Our work

The finish is
in the detail.

Each part of the scheme needed to meet neatly with the existing office: around windows, skirting, service trunking and the suspended ceiling.

  • 01
Preparation & decorationPreparation and decoration of the suite’s internal walls and new partition, bringing together neutral finishes with purple and yellow feature colours.
  • 02
Partitioning & enabling worksA new insulated stud partition to divide the rear rooms, with the associated interfaces and support works included in our agreed scope.
  • 03
Slatted acoustic panellingInstallation of the specified panels, introducing timber-effect texture and a strong vertical pattern to the room divisions.
  • 04
Artificial greenery featuresInstallation of the supplied greenery to form planted-look feature areas, detailed around the existing windows and trunking.

Glass partition installation was a separate client-appointed package.

05 / The result

A workplace
with character.

A neutral office became a more distinctive interior, with defined areas and a consistent finish across decoration and feature installations.

The result comes from the combination of details: colour against white trim, slatted panels beside greenery, and careful finishing around the elements already in place. We completed our agreed works in October 2026.

For businesses planning a similar change, Arcadia shows how decoration and selected fit-out features can give an office a clear identity.
