When soft washing is the right call

The roof has green, black or red staining.
Previous jet washing cracked or lifted tiles.

02 / why soft washing

Why pressure washing a roof is a false economy

High pressure water strips the protective surface off tiles, forces water under the laps, and spreads moss spores so it grows back faster. Soft washing treats the cause.

Cracked and dislodged tiles

Force lifts the edge of tired tiles and creates repairs you did not have before the clean.

Water ingress under tiles

Pressure drives water under laps and into places rain would not normally reach.
