For the QS and commercial director
A director walks the site. RAMS land at least five working days before mobilisation in the project portfolio reviewed in June 2026. A supervisor is on site every morning. Applications follow the agreed valuation schedule. This is the commercial loop we run on every framework job. Forward this page to whoever signs off the PSL.
Process
01
You send the scope. We review it and confirm the right next step for the site.
02
The director who will sign the paperwork walks the site. Moisture readings, access notes, programme overlay with other trades.
03
Priced scope with prelims as a separate line. Variations priced as we go and agreed in writing before delivery. No bundled rates.
04
RAMS pack written for the project with COSHH for every product, issued five working days before mobilisation. Signed off before works start. Never retrofitted.
05
Supervisor on site every morning. Daily clean down. Photo handover per zone as each area completes. The snag list is maintained live, not saved for the last day.
06
Applications follow the agreed valuation schedule. Variations are shown as separate lines and supporting certificates are attached.
07
Snag list cleared before practical completion sign off, subject to access.
08
O&M documentation with the full product record, and the intumescent certificate where an approved system is applied.
Monday rhythm
No chasing. That is what quietly competent looks like in practice.
Client input
If something changes mid programme, tell us early and we absorb it.
Quick answers
Next step
We review the brief and confirm the survey route. Once the programme is agreed, the project RAMS pack is issued before mobilisation and signed off before work starts.
