A Star Decorators is a director-led commercial decorating, spraying and restoration contractor. Founded in Poole, working UK-wide, with a London office in Hatton Garden for clients on retail estates and main-contractor programmes north of the M25.

Twenty years on live sites has taught us where main contractors actually need the help. Not on the easy floors. On the late variations, the overnight handovers, the moments where another trade has slipped and the decorator is the one expected to absorb it. That is the work we built the business around.

The operating model is direct-employed core team, Dulux Academy trained, with a network of trusted spray, restoration and DOFF specialists for the technical scopes. RAMS and COSHH packs issued by our site management team before mobilisation, never retrofitted. Pawel Kalisiak signs the work. Tomas Nejedly runs the books.

In 2026 we are on site or contracted across Primark, Tesco and M&S estates under Uplands Retail, R.G. Carter and Morris & Spottiswood. From Aberdare in South Wales to Stevenage and Hammersmith, work runs across the UK on rolling estate programmes and one off schemes.
