Roof walk with moisture meter readings across the substrate, substrate type confirmation (felt, single ply, asphalt, metal profile), condition record and photo log. Access and edge protection requirement assessed.

TOR system selected to match the substrate type and condition. Primer and topcoat rates follow the manufacturer's data sheet, with the application weather window recorded.

RAMS written for the project including edge protection method, MEWP or scaffold access plan, weather window restrictions, lone working procedure for roof access, and COSHH.

Clean substrate, treat any standing water areas, apply primer at specified rate, apply TOR topcoat in system defined passes. No application outside the temperature or humidity window.

Manufacturer paperwork where applicable, plus the as-applied record (product batch, application rates and weather conditions) and before/after photographs.

You get a fixed written quote before we start, with any extras agreed in writing first. We move and cover furniture, protect floors, and leave the house clean at the end of every day. Over twenty years on the tools, now bringing that finish to local homes.

That depends on the surveyed substrate and the exact manufacturer system. We do not publish a blanket term; availability is assessed after survey against the selected specification.
Felt, single ply, asphalt and metal profile are all coatable subject to survey. We confirm suitability and moisture readings before committing to a spec.
Edge protection, MEWP or scaffold, confirmed at survey based on roof height and parapet condition. Set out in full in the RAMS pack before mobilisation.
Most systems are weather resistant within hours and fully cured within a week. We plan around the forecast. Application won't happen outside the temperature or dew point window.
Yes, within the system's temperature range. Some systems need minimum 5°C and rising; we won't apply outside the manufacturer's spec regardless of programme pressure.
