Director
Pawel founded A Star Decorators and runs the business. Two decades on retail and commercial sites, from estate level Primark rollouts through Tesco and Morrisons refits. He has operational ownership and the final word on quality, programme and where the firm takes work.

Managing Director
Tomas runs day to day delivery. Single point of contact for main contractor PMs and QS teams across the live programme. He authors and signs each project RAMS pack, coordinates suppliers and controls applications for payment and snag close out.
Director
Magdalena directs the company's finances. Invoices and applications for payment, certification reconciliation, factoring routing, supplier ledgers and the monthly cash position. She is the point of contact for accounts queries from main contractor commercial teams.
