Scope delivered

Decorating a fully live Primark store where the shopfloor never closed and every zone had to be handed back for morning trade. Shopfloor and back-of-house were decorated to the Primark estate specification, with lift lobbies and specialist column spraying completed in cordoned areas while the store traded. Nine variations were priced and agreed in writing mid-programme, then delivered without delaying handover. Practical completion was reached on programme in June 2026, with pre-snag inspection reports issued per floor and every zone inspected before handover under our no-snag policy.
