Scope delivered

DOFF steam cleaning to approximately 280 m² of external facade, accessed from a fixed scaffold platform. ACM zones identified before mobilisation and addressed in the RAMS. Internal decorations phase to follow the external clean.

Outcomes

  • ~280 m² of facade DOFF-cleaned using specialist steam system. No harsh chemical run-off
  • Fixed scaffold platform erected; ACM zones zoned and safe-system-of-work established before works begin
  • RAMS issued covering the DOFF method, ACM handling and pedestrian safety
