Retail refurbishment · Bournemouth
We decorate stores for UK retailers, from one store to a full rollout. We work nights and leave each store ready to trade by morning. Every store gets the same brand finish. You get a progress report and photo record for each one. Our retail work includes Primark, Tesco and M&S stores. Delivered across Bournemouth and Dorset. Bournemouth is next door to our Poole base. We decorate shops and offices across the town while they stay open, and we work on store refits. Salt air is hard on shopfront frames. We can often restore them on site, so you avoid the cost of new frames. Past jobs nearby include the M&S store at Redlands, Poole.

Bournemouth programme
We walk a sample store with the estate manager. We note the brand spec, including colours, sheen levels and the finish for back of house and the shop floor. We agree what we will measure each shift, such as area painted and the time the store is ready to reopen. We fit our timetable around the shopfitters and the mechanical and electrical trades.
Paint stack matched to the brand, per area. Typically Dulux Trade Diamond Matt to walls, Eggshell to joinery, Floor Coatings to BoH. Variations captured in the programme, not flagged as surprises on the night.
Per store RAMS: masking schedule, dust curtain plan, fire route maintenance during night works, lone working procedure. Issued to PC five working days before mobilisation.
Rolling night shift delivery. Reopen ready by trading start each morning. Daily progress photo log to estates manager. Slippage flagged before it hits the programme.
Each store gets a handover sheet and a photo record, with a written handover at the end of every phase.

Where we can, we check access and the state of the surfaces before we price, so the quote matches the real job. Email drawings to office@astardecorators.com, or send photos on WhatsApp.
