Yes. Spraying on site gives a factory grade finish to partitions, doors and joinery without removing them, contained and masked for an occupied building.

Survey

Live site walk with FM: agree zones, shift pattern and exclusion zone boundaries. Capture steel condition (corrosion grade, existing coating system, intumescent requirement). Access method confirmed per bay.

Specification

We pick the coating for each area and each type of steel. Structural steel gets an epoxy primer to stop rust and a polyurethane topcoat. Where a fire rating is needed, we use a manufacturer-certified intumescent system. Surfaces that are not structural usually need one fresh coat. We choose a MEWP or scaffold to suit the height of each bay.

RAMS

RAMS per zone, covering racking interaction (working over vs. working around), MEWP safe working plan, emergency evacuation with FM, COSHH for two pack catalysts.

Delivery

Zone by zone delivery. Each zone is returned to live operations before the next opens. Forklift aisles not shared mid coat. Shift timing agreed with FM weekly.

Handover

Each area gets its own handover record with paint thickness readings. Where we use intumescent paint, the manufacturer's certificate goes in the record. Your facilities manager signs off each area before it goes back into full use.
