01 · Survey
Substrate moisture test (Tramex or hygrometer), cohesion check, traffic load assessment, chemical exposure inventory, downtime window. The cure schedule is agreed before specification, not after.
02 · Specification
System selected by substrate, load class and use: epoxy screed for heavy forklift traffic, polyurethane for food environments and thermal cycling, chemical-resistant PU where required. Anti-slip aggregate grade specified if needed. Cure schedule set to the system, not the client's preferred weekend.
03 · RAMS
Project-specific RAMS including ventilation plan, pedestrian and forklift exclusion zones during application and cure, COSHH for solvent and catalyst components.
04 · Delivery
Shot-blast or diamond-grind substrate, vacuum clean, apply primer, lay system coats to specified film build, broadcast aggregate if in spec, cure, line-mark.
05 · Handover
As-applied record (product batch, film thickness readings, application temperatures), anti-slip classification where applicable, cleaning and maintenance regime.
