Oxford programme
Substrate walk: plasterboard, MDF, exposed steel, masonry. Designer spec reviewed. Any ambiguity flagged in writing before mobilisation. Sample finish requirement agreed and cut on the actual substrate.
Stack per surface: walls in Diamond Matt or Sheen 4, joinery in Quick Dry Eggshell, exposed steel in two-pack epoxy or PU where the environment demands it. Sheen levels agreed against physical samples, not RAL codes on paper.
RAMS written for the project: dust control in occupied environments, COSHH for any solvent or two-pack products, masking schedule per surface type. Issued before mobilisation.
Phase by surface type: masking, prep, prime, top-coats, demask. Designer or PC walks the line at each phase, not just at practical completion.
Photo record, touch-up kit, dry-film record where two-pack systems were used. Live snag list cleared before sign-off.
