Scope delivered
Render, aluminium glazing, concrete panels and timber windows each needed a different method and a different place in the sequence on one prominent town centre building. Phase 1 delivered facade redecoration alongside aluminium glazing respray to a client approved finish, DOFF render cleaning, window putty treatment and trial sandblasting of carbon stained concrete panels, with scaffold coordinated directly with R.G. Carter's programme. Practical completion was recorded in June 2026 and the phase final account was issued at closure. Phase 2 is now a separate agreed internal and entrance package.
