Scope delivered
Render, aluminium glazing, concrete panels and timber windows each needed a different method and a different place in the sequence on one prominent town-centre building. Phase 1 delivered facade redecoration alongside aluminium glazing respray to a client-approved finish, DOFF render cleaning, window putty treatment and trial sandblasting of carbon-stained concrete panels, with scaffold coordinated directly with R.G. Carter's programme. The phase final account was issued at closure. Phase 2 scope and programme to be agreed.
