Phase 2 is a separate internal and entrance decorating package under the same R.G. Carter project route as Stevenage Phase 1. The order is agreed for an eight week programme, with payment applications routed on the formal monthly plus 35 day schedule. The phase is kept separate from the completed facade package so the public case study does not merge scopes, values or handover records.
