01 · Survey
Cladding type (profile sheet, cassette, ACM, rainscreen), adhesion test on existing coating, substrate condition, RAL reference, access assessment (roof parapet, elevation height, MEWP reach or scaffold requirement).
02 · Specification
Cleaning method first: DOFF, chemical or pressure wash, matched to substrate. Then primer and topcoat system to service-life target. 10-year options available on sound metal substrates. Sample panel agreed before full application.
03 · RAMS
Project-specific RAMS covering cleaning run-off containment, MEWP or scaffold access plan, edge-protection specification, wind-loading restrictions on spray application, COSHH.
04 · Delivery
Clean substrate, prepare any surface defects, mask glazing and penetrations, prime in passes, apply topcoat. Phased by elevation so the building stays operational throughout.
05 · Handover
As-applied record (product batch, film thickness, weather conditions at application), before/after photo log, written service-life expectation.
