Christchurch has a real mix to work with: period cottages and listed frontages around the Priory and the quay, solid inter war housing through Jumpers and Somerford, and the bungalows and seaside homes out toward Mudeford and the Avon and Stour valleys. The waterside setting means salt air and damp weather are part of the picture, so exterior timber, render and metalwork need the right prep and the right coatings if a finish is going to last. We take on interior redecoration, careful exterior work on older and character homes, and on site restoration of weathered aluminium window frames instead of replacement where the frames are sound. Everything is quoted in writing first, the house is dust sheeted and left tidy at the end of each day, and we walk the job with you at the end.
