Yes. We read the schedule, query ambiguities in writing before mobilisation, sample cut on the actual substrate, and never substitute a paint without the designer's sign off.

What about joinery specified in oil based finish?

Our standard is Dulux Trade Quick Dry Eggshell, which is water based. It dries fast and does not yellow the way oil paint can. If your spec calls for oil based paint, we use it.

Can you do bespoke colour matching?

Yes. Pantone or RAL matched on site, sampled on the substrate and signed off before mobilisation. We carry mixing kit for minor site adjustments.

How do you specify exposed steel?

Two pack epoxy or polyurethane for industrial or high exposure environments, water based hard wearing for indoor commercial. We choose the system by exposure class.

What's the snagging process?

Our supervisor keeps a snag list as we go, and we walk the finished areas with you before handover. If anything shows up after handover, we treat it as a priority.

You get a photo record and a touch-up kit. Where we used two-pack systems, we also record the dry film thickness. We walk the finished areas with you before handover.
