Are you based in London?

We're a UK contractor with a regular London programme. Mobilisation is typically same-week for London sites.

Can you work out-of-hours?

Yes. Most of our London work is overnight or phased around live trading. The cost model assumes night works.

What about congestion charge and ULEZ?

All site vehicles are ULEZ-compliant. Congestion charge and parking are part of the cost model, not a variation.

Is DOFF safe for heritage stone?

Yes. Superheated steam at low pressure removes the soiling without abrading the substrate. We sample-clean a test area first.

What about run-off?

Contained, captured and disposed under the chemical spec. Set out in the RAMS pack.

Will it damage the paintwork?

Cleaning regime is matched to the substrate. We won't strip paint unintentionally.

Can it be done at height?

Yes. MEWP or scaffold; chosen at survey.

How much does it cost?

Substrate-dependent. We won't quote without a site visit. The chemistry is too sensitive to guess.
