Yes. Most of our London work is overnight or phased around live trading. The cost model assumes night works, not a variation bolted on later.

How do you handle ULEZ and the congestion charge?

All site vehicles are ULEZ-compliant. Congestion charge and parking sit inside the cost model from the start.

What's the warranted service life?

Depends on system and substrate condition. Typically 10, 15 or 20 years. We agree the warranty target before specification.

Will it work on my substrate?

Felt, single-ply, asphalt and metal profile are all coatable subject to survey. We confirm suitability and moisture readings before committing to a spec.

What's the access plan?

Edge protection, MEWP or scaffold, confirmed at survey based on roof height and parapet condition. Set out in full in the RAMS pack before mobilisation.

How long does it take to cure?

Most systems are weather-resistant within hours and fully cured within a week. We plan around the forecast. Application won't happen outside the temperature or dew-point window.

Can it be applied in winter?

Yes, within the system's temperature range. Some systems need minimum 5°C and rising; we won't apply outside the manufacturer's spec regardless of programme pressure.
